We live in a world where there is a huge divide between the rich and poor with 1% of the world population controlling over 40% of the wealth. Such a phenomenal change to the global society simply wiped out the so-called middle class. Most people who saw the middle class as the best place to be now started feeling the heat of the true characteristics of the middle class. The Middle Class was created not to elevate people out of poverty into richness. It was created to have an obedient labor force(not a workforce) to work for larger global organizations and governments. While a smaller percentage of the people could benefit from such a Labor Opportunity, the majority had seen themselves in a never-ending misery. The goal and mission of menschForce and the members of Career College is to equip and educate people to become good human resources to be a fantastic workforce through the system of Liberty, Dignity, and Freedom of engagement.
